6-year-old child from Carthage, Missouri dies after being hit by boat propeller while falling off kneeboard at Table Rock Lake. The incident occurred on Friday morning when the boy fell off his kneeboard and swam towards the rear of the boat as it was still in reverse. The boat was operated by 31-year-old Bethany Roy from Carthage. The child was wearing a life jacket.
