5-year-old boy found alone at DeLand intersection, riding a tricycle without shoes. Deputies from Volusia County Sheriff's Office found the child at E New York Ave and Crystal Avenue, unable to provide any information about his identity or where he lives. The child's guardian is now facing child neglect charges after admitting she last saw the child before 2 p.m., but didn't notice he was missing. The child was found about one mile from his home.
