48-year-old Alex Christopher Green, serving a 25-year sentence for an assault in Limestone County, escaped from the Elba Community Based Facility in Coffee County on July 26. Green, 6'5" with red or auburn hair and blue eyes, is the subject of a search involving local law enforcement and the Alabama Department of Corrections.
