Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, Delhi LG VK Saxena, and their wives joined the 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam' campaign, planting saplings at an ecological site in Delhi. Launched by PM Modi on World Environment Day, the initiative encourages people to plant saplings for their mothers and share with the hashtag #Plant4Mother. The Delhi Development Authority aims to plant 11 lakh trees by 2024-25, with 55% already achieved.
