6th North Bend High alumnus and Oregon State All-American, Bridger Holmes, was drafted by the Los Angeles Angels in the 7th round.
Bridger Holmes, a North Bend High School alumnus who began playing baseball at age five, was recently drafted by the Los Angeles Angels in the seventh round. This makes him the sixth player from North Bend High School to be drafted in the past 40 years. Holmes played at Oregon State University, where he earned All-American status, and aims to continue training to play in the major leagues.
