Saskatchewan Court of Appeal rejected Our Duty Canada's request to intervene in Parents Bill of Rights legal dispute.

Saskatchewan's Court of Appeal denied anti-trans group Our Duty Canada's request to intervene in a legal dispute over the province's Parents Bill of Rights, a law requiring parental consent for students under 16 to change names or pronouns. Eleven other intervener applications, including from Alberta and New Brunswick's attorneys general, were approved. The appeal is set to be heard on September 23.
