The accused, who allegedly conspired to manipulate the blood alcohol test and destroy evidence, are charged under the Indian Penal Code, Prevention of Corruption Act, and Motor Vehicles Act. The minor boy's case is being handled separately by the Juvenile Justice Board. The chargesheet includes statements of about 50 witnesses, forensic lab reports, documentary evidence, a crash impact assessment report, and other investigation papers.
