Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics arrested Porter Meadows, a prisoner, for running a human trafficking operation from jail.

Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics (OBN) arrested Porter Meadows, serving time for narcotics, weapons, and stolen property charges, for running a human trafficking operation behind bars. Meadows allegedly communicated with associates outside to continue his sex trafficking operation using contraband cell phones, video visits, or other methods. The OBN and Department of Corrections (DOC) are working closely to dismantle criminal networks operating from behind bars, with more arrests expected.
