Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) attributes recent fuel shortages and long queues at filling stations in Lagos, FCT, and other parts of Nigeria to discharge issues with a couple of vessels. NNPCL is working with stakeholders to resolve the situation and restore normalcy, while denying any signs of hoarding in anticipation of a nationwide protest. The country primarily relies on imports for petroleum products.
