The special will also feature Varada Sethu as a new companion named Belinda Chandra. The panel at San Diego Comic-Con revealed that Joy's stay gets upended when an alien arrives at her room, followed by The Doctor. The episode, titled "Joy to the World," will air on Christmas Day.
