1 man missing, 11 safe after boat capsizes on Lake Michigan near 31st Street Harbor. The incident occurred on Friday around 7:30 p.m. at the 3155 S DuSable Lake Shore Drive harbor. 16 people were on board when the boat capsized, and as of 9 p.m., at least one male, of unknown age, was unaccounted for. The U.S. Coast Guard and Chicago police are leading the search efforts.
