Indie developer The Behemoth plans to release the first DLC for Castle Crashers since 2012, titled Painter Boss Paradise. The update will include Steam Workshop support, allowing players to create and share their own custom characters. A new playable character, Paint Junior, will also be introduced, who can "vanquish enemies with the power of their imagination." The exact release date is yet to be announced.
