Ghana's New Patriotic Party (NPP) Communication Director, Richard Ahiagbah, was involved in a car accident near Konongo in Duampompo, Ashanti Region. The cause of the accident is unknown and Ahiagbah's vehicle sustained significant front-end damage. He is in stable condition and receiving treatment at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi. An investigation is underway to determine the circumstances of the accident.
