Apple has reached a tentative three-year collective bargaining agreement with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers' Coalition of Organized Retail Employees, representing its first unionized store in the US. The deal, pending approval by 85 employees, includes an average 10% pay increase and additional benefits. The Maryland store is one of only two unionized Apple sites in the country.
