ABC newsreader Karina Carvalho, who recently left her job and was linked to 3AW sports journalist Sam McClure, is joining Channel 7 news in Melbourne. Carvalho will take on a presenting and reporting role with 7News Melbourne, starting on Monday. The network is currently transitioning under new national news boss Anthony De Ceglie, who has introduced changes such as a comedy segment and daily horoscope report.
