28-year-old Alic Riedel of Little Chute was arrested after hit-and-run incident in Appleton left a bicyclist critically injured. The crash occurred at 11 p.m. on July 24 in the 400 block of North Meade Street. Riedel was charged with Hit and Run Causing Great Bodily Harm and taken to the Outagamie County Jail. The investigation is ongoing and the victim's identity has not been released.
