16-year-old Joseph Ryan McIvor from Ebb and Flow First Nation in Manitoba has been missing since July 9th. Despite multiple patrols and home checks, he has not been found. The RCMP suspect he may still be in Ebb and Flow First Nation and are asking for public assistance in locating the missing teen. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Ste Rose RCMP at 204-447-3082 or submit tips anonymously to Crime Stoppers.
