42-year-old French national, Olivier Le Bozec, pleaded guilty to dangerous driving causing the death of 71-year-old Irish motorcyclist, Jeremiah O'Connor, in Ballyvaughan, north Clare, Ireland last July. Le Bozec's sentencing is set for November 8, and if convicted, he could face up to five years in prison. O'Connor's widow, Helga Himmelsbach, has been advocating for improved signage and safer roads in the region since her husband's death.
