34-year-old North Country woman Bobbilea Skinner stole a car in Mentz, crashed it into a ditch in Genoa, stole another car, and fled to Pennsylvania. She was apprehended in Pennsylvania, held on local charges, and returned to Cayuga County to face charges for second-degree burglary, fourth-degree grand larceny, petit larceny, and third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
