Windsor Regional Hospital revoked a pediatrician's privileges for unauthorized access to patient records to offer private healthcare services at a clinic. The hospital notified over 800 families who had baby boys between Jan-May, as a precautionary measure. The doctor's access to electronic medical records has been terminated, and the incident was reported to the Ontario Privacy Commissioner and College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
