Romanian state-owned airline Tarom projects a net profit of RON 278M (EUR 55.9M) in 2024, marking the first profitable year since 2007 after estimated losses of RON 99.4M (EUR 20M) in 2023. The airline's management aims to decrease overdue payments from RON 340M in 2023 to RON 115M by end-2024. Investment funding sources for 2024 are projected at RON 236M, with RON 109M coming from the state budget.
