Prince George RCMP officer, Constable Arthur Dalman, found guilty of obstructing justice for ordering bystander to delete video of a police takedown involving Dale Culver, a Wet'suwet'en and Gitxsan man who died in custody in 2014. His death prompted investigations into police practices and served as a test of BC's justice system. Two other officers' manslaughter charges were stayed, and another officer's obstruction charge was also stayed.
