18 people died in a plane crash during takeoff in Kathmandu, Nepal, operated by Saurya Airlines. The 50-seater CRJ-200 aircraft was carrying 15 technicians, two crew members, and two family members of a technician, en route to the city of Pokhara for routine maintenance. The only survivor was the captain. Relatives of the victims are demanding answers from the government and the airline regarding the cause of the disaster, as they have not received any information.
