Nevada gaming regulators issue cease and desist order to Playgon Interactive and Bitrate Productions for unlicensed live dealer Roulette and Baccarat games.

Nevada's gaming regulators have issued a cease and desist order to Playgon Interactive and its affiliate, Bitrate Productions, for allegedly using live dealers from Las Vegas casinos to broadcast unlicensed Roulette and Baccarat games worldwide. The Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) has given Playgon and Bitrate until July 26th to cease unlicensed activities or face potential criminal or civil actions.
