Minot smoke shop Smokes4Less issued a cease and desist order for selling mislabeled products containing hallucinogens and marijuana.
A Minot smoke shop has been issued a cease and desist order by the North Dakota Attorney General's office for allegedly selling mislabeled products containing hallucinogens and marijuana. The Bureau of Criminal Investigation conducted an undercover operation at Smokes4Less in Minot, discovering that employees sold products containing marijuana, THC, and substituted tryptamines, similar to psilocin (psilocybin mushrooms). The products did not disclose the presence of these substances and falsely represented them as legal and free of controlled substances.
