Lampasas police evacuated residents in the northwest area after receiving a report of multiple shots fired at 2 pm. A suspect was identified and found inside a nearby residence, and law enforcement agencies are trying to make contact. Evacuations in the immediate area have been completed, and authorities believe there is no further threat to the public. The suspect is currently refusing to leave the home.
