Former Boustead Naval Shipyard MD, Tan Sri Ahmad Ramli Mohd Nor, failed to strike out three CBT charges involving RM21.08 million linked to the Royal Malaysian Navy's LCS project. High Court Judge Datuk Azhar Abdul Hamid dismissed Ahmad Ramli's application, stating the issue of his mental fitness for trial needs assessment by a trial judge. The case returns to the Sessions Court for further evaluation.
