Three Eskom contractor employees were arrested for stealing diesel worth R1,000 from Kusile Power Station in Mpumalanga. The suspects, an excavator operator and two mechanics, were caught after a supervisor noticed an unknown white motor vehicle at the site while conducting routine visits and inspections. The trio were released on R500 bail after their alleged attempted theft was valued at R1,000. They will return to court on 4 September.
