8% decrease in Bosnia and Herzegovina's exports in H1 2021, led by weaker demand in EU trade.

Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) experienced an 8% decrease in exports in the first half of 2021, with a total value of 8.19 billion KM ($4.52bn). This decline was attributed to weaker demand for BiH products, particularly in energy-intensive sectors and processing industries. Exports to the European Union (EU), BiH's leading trading partner, fell by 465 million KM.
