In Downtown Fresno, a decomposing body was found in a shed after a dog dropped a human head on the sidewalk on Thursday. The Fresno Police Department responded to the scene after a witness reported the dog carrying the skull. Officers found the body in a shed nearby. While the death does not currently seem to be a homicide, detectives await further investigation from the coroner's office for confirmation.
