43 cyber criminals arrested by CBI for duping foreigners through Gurugram call centre.
The CBI has arrested 43 suspected cyber criminals involved in a Gurugram call centre that allegedly duped foreigners by offering technical solutions to computer problems. The CBI raided Innocent Technology (OPC) Pvt Ltd based in DLF Cyber City, where they found agents on live calls attempting to defraud foreigners. The arrested individuals are part of an ongoing operation, CHAKRA-III, to dismantle a cyber-enabled financial crime network that has been active since 2022.
