Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev approved a migration cooperation agreement with Turkey. Signed in Ankara on June 6, 2024, the agreement aims to enhance cooperation in migration policy, human resources, and other related fields. Once in force, Azerbaijan's State Migration Service will implement the agreement and the Foreign Ministry will notify Turkey's government of any necessary internal procedures.
