Apollo Global Management has agreed to acquire International Game Technology's gaming division and Everi Holdings in a $6.3 billion all-cash deal. The deal will see Apollo spin off IGT's gaming business and merge it with Everi, creating a new, privately-owned combined enterprise. IGT's products, which include video, electronic table, and Wheel of Fortune games, and Everi's Bingo and casino offerings will now come under one roof.
