Anti-abortion group "Voices for Life" has filed a lawsuit against the Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) over access to Terminated Pregnancy Reports (TPRs), which are no longer being released. The group argues that related medical records do not compromise patient privacy and should be made available to the public. IDOH maintains that TPRs are exempt from disclosure under Indiana's Access to Public Records Act.
