22-year-old Zyan A. Stevens charged with two counts of DUI manslaughter for a March crash that killed two children, 5-year-old Ava Turner and 9-year-old Ivey Birch, in Chesterfield, Virginia. The car driven by Stevens, a 2009 Mercury Mariner, left the road and struck a tree. Stevens, who is known to the victims but not related, faces additional charges of involuntary manslaughter and child neglect.
