The project is set to transform the waterfront area near Neyland Stadium, incorporating a 175,000 sq ft entertainment district and potentially changing Vols game days forever. The development team includes Dixon Greenwood, Jake Miller, Taylor Gray, Hartland Hotel Group, and Johnson Architecture.
