Spokane City implements stricter water conservation measures due to low river flows triggering "Level 2" guidelines.
Spokane City is requesting residents to follow stricter water conservation measures due to low river flows. Triggered by Spokane River levels falling below 1,000 cubic feet per second, "Level 2" guidelines are now in effect. These include no outdoor watering between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., limited watering to 2 days per week with 2 hours max daily, and prohibiting water use for cleaning hardscapes.
