SkyWater Technology receives the first MEBL system for high-throughput direct write patterning.

SkyWater Technology receives a first-of-its-kind Multicolumn E-Beam Lithography (MEBL) system from Multibeam Corp., offering a breakthrough high-throughput direct write patterning system for volume production. The MEBL system enables new capabilities for SkyWater's customers, such as secure chip ID, full wafer patterning, and support for large format die, while elevating E-Beam Lithography to a maskless lithography production system.
