Rovco awarded site characterization survey work for Scotland's Green Volt floating wind farm.

Offshore wind solutions provider Rovco has been awarded the site characterization survey work for the Green Volt floating wind farm in Scotland. Rovco will conduct geophysical surveys, shallow Piezocone Penetration Test (PCPT), and vibrocoring to inform anchor design for the floating turbines. The 560 MW project, developed by Flotation Energy and Vårgrønn, is set to be fully operational in 2029 and will consist of up to 35 turbines.
