The Ohio Supreme Court ruled that a Hamilton restaurant is not responsible for a customer's injury after swallowing a chicken bone in a boneless wings order. In a 4-3 decision, the court determined that "boneless wings" refers to a cooking style, and the customer should have been aware that chickens have bones. The case dismissed the suit against the restaurant, supplier, and farm that produced the chicken.
