2nd Barbary macaque born to first-time mother Eadie at Blair Drummond Safari Park in Scotland.
A second Barbary macaque, Harper, has been born at Blair Drummond Safari Park in Scotland to mother Eadie. The species is native to North Africa and Gibraltar, with an estimated 8,000 remaining in the wild. Eadie, a first-time mother, is proving to be a natural caregiver, and Harper is already showing confidence and curiosity, mirroring the spirited natures of her mother and grandmother, Coral.
