The City of Milwaukee selects Madison-based developer, The Neutral Project, to develop a $700M mixed-use complex at the site of Marcus Performing Arts Center parking structure. The project could include the world's tallest mass timber building and Wisconsin's tallest building with up to 750 residential units, 190K sq ft office space, 40K sq ft retail space, 300 hotel rooms, 1,100 parking spaces, and public plazas. The development plans to achieve Passive House and ILFI Core certifications.
