Lockheed Martin is developing a long-range laser weapon to fight air attacks over 100 km, driven by increasing demand for cost-effective alternatives to counter drones. The British Ministry of Defense recently conducted the first tests of a laser weapon based on the Wolfhound armored combat vehicle, successfully neutralizing targets within a one-kilometer range. These weapons are mainly intended for use against drones.
