Iran released the oil cargo of Greek-owned M/T St. Nikolas after negotiations, transferring it to Turkey-flagged T. Semahat.

Iran has released the oil cargo of the Greek-owned, Marshall Islands-flagged tanker M/T St. Nikolas, which it seized in the Gulf of Oman earlier this year. The vessel, laden with 1 million barrels of Iraqi crude oil destined for Turkey, is still being held by Iran. The cargo was released following negotiations and was transferred onto the Turkey-flagged tanker T. Semahat via a ship-to-ship transfer near Iran's Larak Island.
