Ethics commissioner Konrad von Finckenstein found that Annette Verschuren, former chair of Sustainable Development Technology Canada (SDTC), failed to recuse herself from decisions that benefited organizations she had ties to, including her own company NRStor Inc. The green fund was abolished after an auditor general's report cited lapses in handling public money.
