Pearl River Holdings Ltd, a Canadian plastics manufacturer, aims to open a new facility in Phnom Penh, Cambodia by Q3 2024. The subsidiary, Cambodia Corp., plans to produce plastic coolers and other products. Pearl River retains 65% stake, while a local partner holds 35%. This expansion responds to customer requests for manufacturing outside of China, subject to approvals, suitable partners, and operational requirements.
