Boston Red Sox manager Alex Cora has agreed to a three-year contract extension with the MLB club, keeping him on as manager through the 2027 season. The Red Sox announced the deal on Wednesday, which will pay Cora $21.75 million on average per year, making him the second-highest-paid manager in the league after Craig Counsell's five-year, $40 million contract with the Chicago Cubs.
