Adani Group submits proposal to develop Nairobi airport through public-private partnership.
Adani Group has submitted an investment proposal to develop Nairobi airport on a public-private partnership basis. Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) confirmed the proposal, which aims to build a new terminal, a second runway, and refurbish existing facilities. The Adani Group has a portfolio of eight domestic airports in India, including the upcoming Navi Mumbai airport, and has agreed to acquire a 95% stake in a container terminal in Tanzania.
