23-year-olds Kylan Cunningham and Tre'Von Burnett were arrested in West Memphis, AR, following a high-speed police chase in a stolen Ford Mustang. The Arkansas State Police pursued the car, which had been driving recklessly at over 100 mph, eventually stopping it with a tactical vehicle intervention. Both occupants fled but were captured, along with a handgun, multiple vehicle key fobs, a key programming device, and marijuana. Charges include theft, criminal conspiracy, and fleeing.
