29-year-old UK resident Lewis Peter Carr has been charged with the triple manslaughter of fishermen Larry Simyunn, Jervis Baligat, and Michael Michieli, who died in a collision between their fishing boat and a ferry off the coast of Jersey in December 2022. This follows the arrest and charging of Ukrainian national Artur Sevash-Zade. Operation Nectar investigation by Jersey Police concludes with no further arrests planned.
